Cookie Policy

Last updated: 27 April 2026

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies StockSphere uses on its marketing site and platform, and how you can change your preferences at any time.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. Similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage, pixel tags) work the same way for the purposes of UK PECR, the EU ePrivacy Directive and CCPA.

2. Categories we use

Strictly necessary

Required for the site to work — sign-in session tokens, multi-factor challenge state, CSRF protection, load-balancer routing. These cannot be disabled and we do not need consent for them.

Preferences

Remember UI choices like theme, table density, last-used warehouse and language between visits.

Analytics

Aggregated, pseudonymous usage statistics so we can improve the product. We do not build advertising profiles. Off by default in the UK / EEA.

Marketing

Used to measure marketing campaigns and show relevant StockSphere content on other sites. Off by default in the UK / EEA. California residents may opt out using the banner or by enabling Global Privacy Control in their browser.

4. Changing your choices

You can change your choices at any time:

You can also clear cookies in your browser settings. If you clear our consent cookie, the banner will reappear on your next visit.

5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of "sale" and "sharing" under CCPA. We do not currently respond to legacy DNT headers because there is no agreed standard.
